Specially developed coating formula for paper cups and paper items in the food sector. The production of the formula is environmentally friendly and does not produce any toxic greenhouse gases.

The main component is a copolymer of ethylene methacrylic acid (product name: DuPont Nucrel 960). Water-based coating agent (by dispersing the above product with water).

The coating can be integrated into existing paper processing machines. The process is easy and does not require the unnecessary purchase of additional equipment.

The cell dissociation process is simple and cannot be compared to conventional coatings. No charring occurs during the recycling process and no greenhouse gases are produced.

The recycled paper can be reused up to 9 times with the same paper cell structure and can therefore be processed again as high-quality paper.
